Potash Feldspar

Used as a flux in bodies and as a major constituent in glazes. It melts at approximately 1200C.

Excellent as a flux for stoneware glazes making glazes more viscous with a wider firing range.

Also known as Custer Feldspar.

11.3% K2O
3.2% Na2O
18.5% Al2O
65.8% SiO2
