Aluminium Sheet
Aluminium is lightweight and highly malleable, it has low to moderate strength and excellent corrosion resistance. Aluminium is not suited to high temperature environments. These sheets come with one surface backed with a protective plastic to prevent scratches in transit.
Aluminium is a non-ferrous metal - non-ferrous metals are metals that do not contain iron in appreciable quantities, this makes them more malleable. They also have lower weight, higher conductivity, non-magnetic properties and more resistance to corrosion compared to ferrous metals. These qualities mean that they are generally more expensive than ferrous metals (such as steel).
These aluminium sheets are available in a range of sizes and thicknesses.
